"Same old" ??? What records has he broken then...sure as he'll none with us unless you count futility and mediocrity?

I for one am chuffed for him.
Isn't it about time the sensible mods did their job properly. It clearly states in the rules that duplicate threads can be closed if a different slant isn't put on a subject. This topic as been done to death and absolutely nothing new is being added here. Close the tread, and why we're at it, it also states that any member that disrupts the smooth running of the board can be removed. I would suggest the WUM who started this post and tries to turn every other post into the same topic, should be removed. You just may find the site may return to its original popularity if you try to enforce your own rules.
I think you will find that the Mods acknowledge that the op is a WUM. But I'm afraid they don't really care.Originally Posted by doodle
Anyway, as for Clough well done it's a good achievement, maybe he's finally starting to learn some lessons after his time with us.
I hope for his sake it isn't one of his traditional run's of form followed by a large slump.
Stupid post, that has been discussed to death.
By a poster that I used to disagree with nearly everything he said, but at least it got a debate going.
But now his posts are becoming...well pathetic.
Same old Rattea- With his Clough broken record
I agree with ratty that clough did a good job with us and is doing a good job at sheff utd. However i am bored to tears with discussing it. I only ever mention clough when sticking up for him after someone has unfairly criticised him.
Was disappointed when Clough was sacked and we'll never know, if given more time, could he have got us into a play-off position. But S M has done that in a short period of time. So yes, we can dwell on what could have happened or dwell on our current situation.
He's galvanised the Blades and he did the same at Derby, but could he have pushed beyond that?
