    I've lived in Glasgow off and on for 18 years, my accent has slowed down a lot and softened so I can be understood but still you get people who just can't understand me, it's really weird. most will understand but the odd person just can't receive any of it, as if their brain just shuts down...interesting...and a bit annoying.

    I would describe my accent as soft Belfast accent.
