An awful lot of travellers are Irish though.[/quote]

An awful lot of travelers are a mix of English and Irish. Just as a quarter of of UK people have an Irish grandparent.

Ok, admittedly, they've a few first choice players missing.

They're lacking in confidence and not looking like potential CL contenders or FA Cup winners.

The league table is deceptive here. They're no better than Saints.

Defensively, so far this season, we've avoided their humiliations.
Funny post Kernow. So just after you wrote this they scored twice and cruised to victory.

Wenger has clearly made errors in his signings (or lack of) this season, but without something like 100m of talent last night (Ozil, Walcott, Wilshere, Oxlade, Gibbs etc) they got the job done. And that equals one J Rod?????

I think you'll find they're significantly better than your lot.

    Ha ha yes.

Did I say they were all equal to one Jay ?
    Don't think I did.

Didn't see the 2nd half but in the first half they looked poor and no better than Saints.

Second half was different and admittedly they proved capable of doing what we haven't managed all season, to come from behind and win the game.

They are a big club, big squad, big ambitions and expectations. They have under-performed for a long time now.

I'm not sure they're underperforming. 4th or 5th is all that squad deserves. Where they underperform is in the transfer market and Wenger's apparent reluctance to spend the significant budgets available to him. They'll never become a big team again (which they should given stadium size etc) until they get rid of Wenger. This summer could be the time and Klopp would be the perfect replacement.

Puncheon scores for Palace against Everton, he's on fire at the moment.

Things seem to be turned on it's head tonight, Palace leading Everton 3-1 at Goodison, Pulis has worked a miracle there. And Connor Wickham scores a premiership goal to peg back Man City.!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't have bet on Sunderland getting something at Man City and as for Palace???

Good results for Liverpool and Arsenal but also makes it even closer at the trapdoor.
