Bigotry?
There's a reason it's been short listed for filming. It's not a fluke.

Probably around the same time as Queen Street in Pompey Bile.
The area of Northam Road I grew up in has changed completely. The only thing left is the Monkey Puzzle tree that was in our front garden. The area had a lot of problems, including some mentioned here, and some quite unusual aspects too.
My paper round, for instance. It started at the Prince Of Wales pub and ended in the Derby Road area. As a 14 / 15 year old boy and in the days when 'certain' women could parade their offers in the bay windows of houses, my paper round would often take around 2 hours to complete instead of the expected 45 minutes as I seemed to find plenty to look at.![]()
Once others found out I had this 'prime' route I had plenty of school friends volunteering to help. Sadly they also found various distracting things to look at and failed to remember to deliver the papers.
Sacked from a job before I even left school.![]()

Used to be a pub called the Northumberland down there somewhere.
Some of the blacks I used to work with used to score their hash in there and reckoned it was as rough as hell inside.
Had no reason to doubt them.![]()
Do whites not smoke hash or are you stereotyping all blacks as dope smokers?Originally Posted by ozzy62
