As some one who tries to eat a healthy diet most days do you find that the wheels come off spectacularly some times and you go on a bit of a binge??Got a really bad craving for a big thick slice of chocolate fudge cake, followed up by another equally sized slice.
I had a two day drinking session last sat/sun and have failed miserably having one single healthy eating day this week!!
