Cheers chaps.

Anyone know how one gets a customer number - I usually only go to away games or pay on the day?
I rang DCFC this morning it took me thirty mins to get through, I had a problem where both my families season tickets were in one so only had one customer number, as See tickets are selling the tickets on behalf of DCFC I thought it wise to get another customer number for the second season ticket. They gave me the customer number which was already against the ticket.
In normal circumstances this doesn't matter but when big matches come along you really need your customer number. I think the two season tickets should be in different s, this would of meant two customer numbers, but at the time of purchase I didn't think it was an issue and neither did the ticket salesman.
Thought you got one roge? Unless someone can able to help you out for the ticket if it's wigan..Originally Posted by roger_ramjet
P.S You on twitter mate?
No, don't have a customer number, so looks like that's me ****ed as regards getting one through normal channels!
Not on Twitter, no. have I missed something then - its easy enough to sign up with Twitter without a customer number!!
I thought you had to have one to buy away tickets from the dcfc ticket office?!Originally Posted by roger_ramjet
just ring the ticket office, they'll register you and give you a customer number. it should be a piece of **** mate. (providing you can get through without being on hold all day).
dont buy them from dcfc ticket office - never sure where I will be work wise on any given saturday, so just rock up at away ground to get one on the day
So if we play QPR, you cannot guarantee sitting next to your mate/brother/father/wife/son/daughter /girlfriend/boyfriend, who are also season ticket holders?
If that's the case Come on Wigan!!!
I read it as you can if they're season ticket holders but you can't if not because of the two different priority periods. otherwise the only way to do it would be for the ST holders to gamble and hang on until general sale.Originally Posted by hooteroll
I may be wrong but that's my interpretation.
I think the fact we are on this board alone should get us at least 2 tickets each
Constantly listening to drivel about this & that...dya know how hard that can be at times
Send my tickets to the usual address pleazzzzzz
I will willingly sell you my body for the night if someone can get me a few tickets
