It says in your link that a jury can decide if criminal prosecution may follow I would certainly like tae think so but I remember awe they Bloody Sunday inquiries they seemed to have over the yrs and nothing ever came of them bar lawyers bills complete waste of time.

Hopefully against anyone who has broken the law.

The Liverpool supporters were cleared of any blame in the Taylor Report as well as in the more recent report.

There are more people cuplible here than the Police too, the FA, Sheffield Wednesday (Hillsborough didn't have its safety certificate) & anyone involved in the cover up.

Be very difficult to prove anything against individual fans I would think but hopefully everyone is included no matter who they are.

the inquest is expected to last up to a year.

i suspect the police failure that day and alleged cover up and falsifying reports might come into it too.

also the cut off point of 3.15 where victims were considered beyond help will come into the enquiry as its since reported many may have survived if given treatment after this point.

i think there will be charges, hopefully those responsible can be brought to justice for the families sakes.

also death certificates need changed from accidental death.

it should be asked too why police took blood of child victims to see if they had been drinking.

sadly i predict no individual will be charged and the police will get a rap on the knuckles instead.
