    On average, binmen walk 12 miles a day. I know this because some some sad basturt told me it when I worked with the council.

    I used to be taxionspeeddial loyal but my kids got fat so I was forced to do something. Run 30 mins a day, swim 3 times a week, ski twice a week in season, cycle a few times a week and gave up the fags. Wife does **** all though which is good.
    now father of 2 thin but spiteful children

    More and more the only exercise I seem to be getting is walking to and from my car

    I need to be getting more exercise but until the wife relents I guess I'll have to start walking a bit more

    I haven't took part in any sport since before the turn of the millenium.

    The thought of going for a run after a days graft puts the shytters up me. Plenty rutting at the mrs' gash does the trick.
