    There won't be any foodbanks in an independent Scotland just as there aren't any anywhere else other than in the UK. :/

    Far more benefits go unclaimed than is lost to fraud. Maybe if that money was distributed as it should be, there would be no need for foodbanks -except to feed the alky barstewards just looking for a free meal.
