Lets not forget though, whatever they went for, they are a product of our academy.
7M is not to be sniffed at for 2 players, who have only just started their careers( one not even a first team regular yet) no u21 caps etc.
Yes, I think we should have got more, but that is out of my influence. Also, they are still here, or have you forgotten that?
The academy was set up to generate it's own funds. That was Doughtys vision. If it is doing so, then it's working.
Tell me, how are Notts lack of development areas coming on? Any money to be made there yet?
