2 - 2.5 mill seems a fair price for him, after all the bleating from the baggies about there hard as nails chairman i was expecting us to get done over ...this is good news, fingers crossed it happens, with SDSR's history it seems as good as done.

True but how many loans did we have last year...4? maybe 5? cant remember. Either way you can count on 2 or 3 top quality loans at least, that should perk us up some more, and the best of last years loans now seems to be a derby player.
