    I've got amitriptyline there, but I took one at 2 bells yesterday and I don't think I fully woke up to 4 this morning. We've got H&S in tonight so I'm not wanting to be bouncing when I go in tonight.

    H & S oh dear fkn nightmare. A mind boys turning up at work reeking of drink thankfully those days are gone but 1 extreme to another now. Ever done any Greigs Danny?

    You can buy a wee air conditioner for the window to keep your bedroom cool and comfortable in warm weather.

    Pretty cheap, and well worth the investment, for a man in your position.
