Hows the Tomatoes and sundry other plants ?.
Your about right with your guestimation depending on shares having been bought by those Investors in the trust and the presidents. Last I heard it was 52% PST 48% Presidents but it fluctuates
However on the basis (as already stated by BA) 98.5% of all shares in Portsmouth Community Football Club Limited the Company that actually owns the operating business arm known as Portsmouth Football Club (am I losing anyone here Souths /Pentridge) are held by Pompeyfans of long standing the question is irrelevant.
The real power lies not in the shares owned be it PST or the presidents collectively but in the rules of PCFC LTD when it comes to voting at on matters as defined in the Companies Articles of Association
Some matters (known as reserved) require a 75% vote and others a 90%. Therefore PST or the Presidents collectively could block decisions with as little as 25% holding.

The answer which stuck in South's craw is-
Autocratic Owner - 100%
Decision making Unilateral
Fans 0% - Decision making Consultation with 0%
Scummers will find it hard going this time round with more Rats trying to leave the ship

Portsmouth Community Football Club Ltd has three shareholders that currently own in excess of 10%: Portsmouth Supporters Society Ltd (Pompey Supporters' Trust) 48.61%, John Kirk 10.7% and Christopher Moth 10.7%. There are 11 other individual shareholders in PCFC Ltd, each owning less than 10%.
I realize this is old,if it is incorrect, why is it still there.
Quite right Scully
Information is only as good as is the person responsible is for updating it.
Something the Club needs to address!!!
The real point is as said before is that PFC is wholly owned by PCFC LTD the operating Company6 in which 98.5% share held by PFC Fans.
The odd man out is Stewart Robinson whose Company bought the land around the ground and whose deal includes the Tesco Store development and funds for re development of FP.
He is a Toffee but has become something of a Pompey fan and attends FE regularly as well as having invested into PFC.
Frankly the Them & Us debate is a Red Herring.
