I would love to see ZERO next to Derby's, but I just can't see it at the moment. (I'm so often wrong, I'm hoping that statement will do the trick!!)

Sure, but a new manager often sees a temporary boost to results of even the crappest teams. The old honeymoon period. Especially the first game. The players are usually extremely eager to prove themselves, causing them to perform well above their usual levels.

The Fulham game could be either the best time to play them, or the worst. Derby...good side, will be a tough game. Think we will need to rotate our team a little bit to pull through both these games convincingly.[/quote]

Thankfully Felix Magath is still at the helm at Fulham, so more than likely will be on Saturday. However, I do also ap

Injuries to Thorne and Hendrick have upset the balance of the team. We have not got going yet, but hopefully we will in the next week or two.

At the beginning of September and looking at our fixtures i expected 4 points from this month, pessimist?

    Wigan - draw - wrong
    Derby - lose
    Fulham - lose
    Watford - lose
    Rotheram - win

The above fixtures are very very difficult IMO - it seems Derby and Fulham aren't looking too clever this season so i am gonna change it to...

    Derby - win
Fulham - lose YES i think it'll be their first win of the season and it'll make us look poor

    Watford - lose
    Rotheram - win

All good news, yep hopefully you will in a week or 2. Until then, I hope your lads have a nice well earned rest on Wednesday and leave the football to Rovers

If the attitude shown to poor teams last season is anything to go by, I fear you'll be right. Hopefully they learnt a very valiable lesson from both Bournmouth and Yeovil last season.

3-1 Rovers ..my only concern (apart from our ability to chuck away games ) is that GB may set up and play not to get beat rather than going for a win outright ..with a view that after saturdays win a draw would be good and the chance to pick something up at Fulham ..

Saxo we are 7 games that's right 7 games in
the championship is a marathon not a sprint we all know what a poor result tonight was however we will pick results up where we shouldn't and I still expect us to be in the play offs come the end of the season.
