Sponsors the Gresty Road Stand as was, so now called the "Mark Price Stand".
Who is he, you may ask, well just a Green Grocer from Crewe who got a degree in Marketing and joined John Lewis, and is now the MD and Vice Chairman of Waitrose.
Here is his resume:
Mark Price - Managing Director, Waitrose and Deputy Chairman, John Lewis Partnership
Mark joined the John Lewis Partnership in 1982 as a graduate trainee. He held a number of posts before becoming Managing Director of Waitrose in April 2007. From a personal perspective, I think that any fans who are dedicated enough to watch the team home and away over the last 13 months deserve not just fame, but a medal!
That is a great call knew of him but did not know he was a Crewe fan but a check of his twitter timeline shows he most certainly is a fully fledge famous Crewe Alex fan.Originally Posted by GeraldHattrick

Does anyone remember a quiz programme about 1993. Local teams made up of a player and two celeb fans. Our captain was Neil Lennon, who was brilliant. Cant think who the others were, but I'd heard of them.
i always thought daniella westbrook ex eastenders was married to jamie morelee
JP Devlin, one of the presenters of Saturday Live on BBC Radio 4 is a Crewe fan.
He's got no connection with the town but in the 1980's formed the northern Ireland Alex supporters club (total membership 2).
Don't think Michael Crawford is actually fan, although it's been many years since he's lived anywhere near enough to drop in and see a game. (Believe the rumour sprung up because he was asked by Terry Wogan on telly once and he picked Crewe because he was in a show here at the time. Would be nice to find out though - anybody got his agent's number..?)
And that Suzi Quattro story is clearly made up balderdash. Presumably made up by the Mirror writer who is really a Crewe fan and whose escapes me at the minute. He was always shoe-horning a Crewe story in the paper though.
