I know for a fact Rush is a Ratty fan.

Dont buy this stagnation at all. The club is in a much stronger position than it was.. No not everything is perfect, the club gets things wrong of course it does.

How do I judge DCFC now? Simple really, I no longer go expecting to be bored to death. Travel 300 / 400 miles and hope we get a 0-0. Now I go to away games full of hope and expecting to be entertained and being entertained. Something that has not happened for years. We now compete with teams in our division and have a young team to be proud of. Teams come to us expecting a hard game and now worry about DCFC.

We have an ownership group that are now interested in DCFC but are realistic enough not to go stupid and risk our future.

At the moment PROUD TO BE A RAM.

There may well be some 'interesting' things going on behind the scenes. I'm not altoegther convinced a lot of our signings and loan signings aren't helping to line someone's pockets, but that doesn't mean it is underhand or to the detriment of the team.

We'll only know the extent of current owners/exec's influence when they leave.

Are we gambling on relatively quick success, we will still be in such a seemingly healthy situation if we aren't promoted in the next 2 years? What will happen if USA investment sell up? Will we look financially viable still?

All unknowns (to me), but that is the case with all prev owners/boards too.

I'm happy we entertain on the pitch, and despite too many signings (IMO) of loan players who get game time in front of our own youngsters, our squad still seem committed to playing for Derby, and have signed contracts to stay with us for what should be the best years of their career, in many cases.

Its the pleasure and entertainment whilst watching the mtaches home and away that counts.
I wouldn't demand or expect promotion, but winning a fair prop
