Just read a paper from the last two years and you'll find all you need. Or maybe you're being intentionally obtrusive.

There was only one paper that came out in support of independence wasn't there. So despite the fact the 'politicking' of both sides had coverage, there was a distinct bias in both subject matter & volume which was pro-No vote/anti-independence, which was largely mirrored in the TV coverage.

No I wont and you know damn fine well I wont. Im not talking about either yes or no advocates writing articles in the paper Im talking about the main stream media reporting themselves advocating one side or the other through their reporting of particular stories so again Ill ask ... Just give me one story reported by the main stream mediavthat would advocate a yes vote.

When Salmond beat Darling in the second debate the media were all over it and praised Salmond to the hilt for taking Darling to task on a lot of supposed scare stories. Did you miss that?

A few articles that Salmond had the measure of Darling, compared to the treasury leaking RBS HQ move to selected journalists - aye, in breach of regulations?

Hardly in the same league AJ.

indeed, regardless of the television having a monopoly of pro better together, the tabloids, broadsheets et al had only one pro independence which was the Sunday Herald, of course most folk should be able to see thru spin, however, sadly some cannot, either way from what I can see from both sides of the campaign I would say although better together got the majority there has been a marked change towards the general mindset of the population, oh and come awa the dandies :

The shares are down again today. It must be because 'everyone' is regretting their no vote.

    Or some other reason(s)

I thought share prices would continue up after the scare stories about billions flowing out the UK if it were Yes

    They will. Eventually.

There will be ups and downs along the way which may or may not be linked to current events.

The UK deficit is still £107bn and our Debt is £1.3 trillion and rising. That is slightly more worrying than the independence debate.

I'm being sarcastic again. shares are no different to betting slips these days, win some, you lose some, just don't try and predict the form without inside info
