I was speaking to a bloke in a pub today, he says major companies don't have insurance for their motors as they could afford to pay out any claims against them should there be an accident. I thought it was the law to have insurance.

They did but rather than pick up any signal from your TV they just had a microphone to listen if your TV is on or something.
