To be honest, I'll be paying very close attention to this game.
The OP is suggesting that this will be a formality for the mighty England.
However, given recent performances, and the fact that other nations are not as football-naive as they used to be, I think England, in relative terms, is descending into the mediocre football nation that it's size would suggest.
I'll be paying close attention to the San Marino game. If England continue to struggle, it will reinforce my suspicion that England is descending onto permanent football obscurity.
You may still be better than micro-nation San Marino, but you're probably about on a par with the likes of Scotland, Hungary, Georgia, etc.
