Just a quick question rats, what exactly is it that's wrong with you?
I think he suffers "Brain Farts".
As much as i enjoy seeing us top of the league, we need to see where we are once we've played some of the top teams. I feel like our first 11 is right up there with the best in this league and theoretically we should get some points against the better teams, but having supported this club for a long ass time i could never predict it will happen.
you don't actually support the club do you rats just on here to be a pain.

What's the main difference at this point? Last season we had played the three promoted teams by this point and lost all the games. This season on current position we haven't played a team higher than sixth but have played the three in the bottom three positions and win. Last year we had played one who ended up bottom.
The average final position of the sides we had played at this point las

It's a long old season that has hardly got going really. Physically the Championship is hugely taxing so squad size and injuries have a massive impact. As many of us have already voiced, a long-term injury to Martin (God forbid!) or Bryson (God forbid) and we will falter.
The statistics can guide but they will only "explain" some of the variance in league positions.
I've seen all home league games this season and a couple of away games. Of the teams I've seen, none really stood out performance-wise in terms of matching the quality of passing football that we can produce. BUT for me Cardiff looked strong (ie good players not performing ) and will probably get much better as the season progresses and the gloom lifts from their recent management changeover.
Fulham also look to be able to turn the corner.
I was also impressed with Ipswich, who I tipped pre-season to be "up there". They are very difficult to beat.
I don't think there are any teams quite as well equipped with th
