It wasnt a court, it was an SFA tribunal which is not legally binding outside the SFA. Tonev should be subjected tae a criminal investigation if it can be proved he said something racist, but the Polis wont even bat an eyelid at this I would imagine, its a massive legal minefield.

It has the same balance of probabilities as a civil court. If ye want to split hairs you've already lost the argument.

As regards The Police, unless you're suggesting they get involved in all on field activities , you should drop that line of argument pretty sharpish.

2. Courts do not convict on a "balance of probabilities" but on a weight of evidence.
