It wasnt a court, it was an SFA tribunal which is not legally binding outside the SFA. Tonev should be subjected tae a criminal investigation if it can be proved he said something racist, but the Polis wont even bat an eyelid at this I would imagine, its a massive legal minefield.Originally Posted by pwlp
