Unfair to blame Psycho, he's only delivering what he's always done in management. You knew the score before he was appointed !

I'm confused, the feeling of Schadenfreude should be overwhelming but I can't get past the fact a genuinely nice guy is drowning, cast adrift way out of his depth.
No good can come of this for Pearce or your club.

I thought we played well. No manager can legislate for school boy defending for 10 mins and most on here would pick the same back 5 . Players need to man up. It's now gone to far with managers picking up the tab and players knowing they're untouchable . Christ half the squad are the remnants of the previous revolving door culture we now have with the only half decent ones being Sp signings .

    Pearce in

    Numerous players out!

    Pearce team talk ...

"OK lads,I want you to kick the opposition just below the knees. When the ball spills loose and the opposition players' playing career has been jeopardised we all run really fast up the wing, then kick the ball really hard goalwards hoping it goes in ...

    Any questions?"

    Good player. Poor coach.

It's time you got some XTC ... - view external link

Bloody hell that's what 1 of my youth coach told me/us to do back in the day! He said 'Romans, want you to go in there and give that lad a kick so hard that he won't walk for a week.'

Of course I ignored him. That lad stayed in my neighbourhood and had more 'connections' than me.
