Understand that St.Johnstone's basic wages are one of the lowest in the premier league, but they more than make up for it with their win bonus payments.Could be something for us to look at when negotiating contracts, pay for results on the park and not decent wages just to sit in the dugout/stand on a Saturday.

Hey guys sorry about ye recant results, really do hope things turn around for ye, am sure it will.

On the point of lower lg players a player that comes to mind that made a massive impression is a striker called ANTHONY ELDING baraclough signed from grimsby town over in england he came in played 26 games scoring 19 goals, an the winner in the FAI cup final for us. Now he might not be everyone's cup of tea but I can assure the lad wears his heart on his sleeve and always gave 110% his attitude was first class everytime I saw him play I was very impressed as he showed a real hunger to do well for the team. Most of all he knew where the net was an that's a massive part of the game especially in ye current situation. In my opinion he Should never have left Sligo Rovers an I'm very surprised baraclough hasn't tryed to sign the guy.

There will never be another Dougie Arnott because we cannot afford to give a guy like that a chance for two or three years so see if he comes good, like he did. Arnott was far from an instant success.

I doubt whether the fans would tolerate such a wait these days either, you only need to look at the reaction to Josh Law to see that people want folk to make an instant impact rather than be signed with a view to maybe delivering two years later.
