I never have to post deflections as I just ignore the usual dab slaverings on here

The need for acceptance of the Sectarian roots of the smallest club in the town is something they can't bring themselves to do.

If they did, we could all move on.
No idea why anyone would think we have to justify our roots to a BNB as bitter as you are. There are several books on the subject that clearly show what Pat Reilly's motivations were and the direction the club took after his stewardship at Tannadice was over. You seem intent on continually trying to introduce a sectarian element to Dundee tft when in my experience there is none.

Celtic, hibs and utd were all formed by the Irish communities mostly because the native population wouldn't let them play in their teams.
It's to utds credit that they changed both their and colours to try and appeal to a broader population.
There is nothing wrong with being proud of your roots and it's only celtic supporters who take it too far.

The owners of Dundee United, as formed in 1923, wanted nothing to do with Dundee Hibs and all that went with it at the time (priests on the board, bishops picking the team, monsignors deciding who was signed etc).

Thank you, for finally confirming that "The Derry" is indeed sectarian

Are you really trying to say that I am GFlower?

I suppose it's as good a random guess as all the other posters you have accused me of being

Sirus I've read some erroneous posts on here but that one wins the pure p1sh gold star award.
