It was a great performance from Will from that point on too, great piece of play to set up Inces second for example. You can tell how much the opposition are worried by him by the number of times he gets fouled.

Tbh, once we went ahead it was a great performance from everyone.

The biggest value difference I can see between Will and Tom is one is a goal scorer. Will isn't, and hopefully if he improves that side to his game then his value will rocket.
I've never rated Ince. Always been anonymous when at the iPro with Blackpool. I was though impressed with his press conference with Gibbo in which he expressed himself very well and said all the right things. On the pitch today looked simply thoroughbred. Pure fuel i

Well Ince has been hyped and a lot of clubs were interested in him , then he finished up at Hull and for whatever reason didn't cut it - one could argue he has been over hyped.

Now is he better than Hughes? For a start Hughes is central midfielder, Ince is a wide man, with different skills, so a little difficult to compare, but Hughes played very well today as did Ince, for me both were excellent.

I had no fear about the result, was sure that one we got the goal then we would score more and so it proved, whats good is that we keep plugging away and have learned to be patient when teams close us down, as long as the fans stay patient then the team will usually triumph as the past few games (7 wins out of the last 8 have show

MOM hughes with 2 assists despite being kicked to bits all game.

What is the purpose of that post? Is it to celebrate a Rams victory or a good run of current form?

Absolutely not! It is merely to advance the poster's conviction he is always right. In the dim recesses of history he erroneously posted Hughes was over-rated. From that point in time until judgement day he will be making posts denigrating the player.

Those of us who attend matches know better. Hughes is in my top ten of players in over 50 years watching the Rams.

Very impressed with Ince's post match interview. Mature, humble, very eloquent. Didn't spend time basking in the glory of his performance. Focussed on the hard work required to the end of the season. Like it. like it a lot.

I can't think of a better talent to have come through the Academy than Will Hughes in the last 40 years and I include Steve Powell and Tom Huddlestone in that. Tom Ince scored an amazing free kick and has talent; but not sufficient for anybody other than Hull to take him on in the PL.

Though everybody but one person has seen the footballing genius of Will Hughes from day one. What has impressed me most with him is that he has recognised that it was in his best interest to take incremental improvements step by step by playing for a first team in the Championship; rather than doing what Ince did at Hull City. This one person (who talks about having superior intellect) can not see that this has been a master stroke by Will, his advisers and DCFC.

Will Hughes has been magnificent this season. He has added strength and tenacity to his sublime skills. Our second goal on Saturday said it all. For those who are clearly armchair supporters and never played at a level of football to see foot
