We don't do valentines day, it's an unnecessary con. Tonight we're off to the pub with a few pals and maybe a curry after.

My wife and kids off ski-ing for a week tomorrow without me (my dodgy knees and ankles don't allow it and it might keep me off the golf course for too long, not worth the risk). So we're having a nice ribeye and bottle of red tonight.

I'll try not to redecorate the curtains like Weasel, coz it'll be me cleaning them!!

Managed to get one of the few remaining bunch of Roses in the store, ok so 50% of the Roses looked dead, but it's the thought that counts.

Lamb dropped into a tikka marinade yesterday, left to fester overnight and you could have made your own.
