One of Echo and the Bunnymen ranks as one of the most arrogant ****ers I have ever met. No time for them whatsoever.
I saw The Bunnymen and thought they did some good stuff especially liked The Killing Moon and the album it came from, can't remember the.

Ian McCullough was a bit of a pretentious twaat and took himself too seriously but he is a scouser!

It actually wasn't even him! It was a few of the musicians, one in particular was a right nasty piece of work. We ****ed off for a pint while they played!

Yep, good call. I would have smashed her back doors right in. I also recall having a thing for Elastica's lead guitarist (was it Donna? Can't remember) and both of the birds from Lush too come to think of it. One of the Voodoo Queens as well, keyboardist and/or bassist I think? Was a long time ago.

Sad to hear about Flowered Up. There's a lot of bands there I could one tune from and not a lot else. Mock Turtles being perfect example, did they even do anything other than Can you dig it?
Know Dreadzone very well,Been over 20 years Mart, 2 mates are in the band, Greg and Spence, also my mate Anna was the Acid Queen in the Weekender video(Short Film). Sad about Liam & Joe, didn't know that.

Yeah, it was Donna and she was fit. I was never sure whether Frischmann was attractive or not. Some days she looked hot, others more like a bloke. But if she was good enough for Albarn. She married some Yankee professor and lives in San Fran.

This tune of theirs regularly turns up on my ipod, a 1 min 20 second masterpiece. - view external link

Frischman looked far too androgynous for me.

Werner was tidy but didn't hold a candle to Sarah Cracknell.

And that's a stone cold Friday FACT.

Sarah Cracknell ... mighty fine, also Hafdis Huld of FC Kahuna, something about her when live on stage.

Ironic that Blur should announce they've reformed today with new album (first for 12 years) to come. First track off it sounds pretty good. Heavy Coxon involvement.

Coffee and TV is still one of my favourite songs.

Where did we all stand on the big Blur v Oasis divide?
At the time I was more on the side of Oasis but as time goes by, I've warmed to Blurs back catalogue.

Taking inspiration from the other thread, Gangsta rap was a big thing back then.

Has anyone seen these Ts? Inspired.
