We're in exactly the same boat minus Britt and Fraytt through injury. Nothing to come off the bench other than youth players. For us this would mean a talented but untested Tyler Walker . What happened to your next big thing Bennett?

The current management have repeatidly failed on that score with few successes.

You may indeed have the brains of Einstein , as you suggest, but unfortunately evidence for your claims in the above rancid post is sadly missing and easily refuted.

So Bent, Ince, Dawkins, Bamford did not fit in instantly? ( Actually many excellent players have taken a little while to fit in, so its not an essential feature unless instant impact is needed for promotion or to avoid relegation).

You have clearly forgotten the likes of Tyson, Porter, Jacobs and Martin (Dave), who never fitted in.

Someone got under your skin there Swale that's a couple of posts you've had a rant on. If you want to stat questioning peoples education I would suggest you need to check they actually had one. Its a bit like calling someones sister to realise out they haven't got one only to finding out they dated your wife before you kind of scenario!

As for narcissistic you really think so or you wanted someone to crumble under ridicule and not comeback with something different. Not sure if I was supposed to get upset and abusive ... ahhhh well sorry I couldn't give you that ... COMEDY GENIUS

We have so many players at Derby that haven't made an impact, like Ince - which is why we have been consistently close to the top of the table. This has never happened under Nigel, who generally had a rare purple patch and kept us in the lower half. I really wanted him to be successful at Derby as it would have made a great story but after sustained periods of boredom watching Derby under Nigel, I decided to put sentiment to one side.

I wasn't sure how successful we'd be under Steve but I know what a good coach he is and the reputation he has for coach and that excited me. He generally uses the same passing football that Nigel tried to play but with an improved coaching team, we have managed to improve many areas of our play - a special mention for Grant, who has made great leaps forward in his performance (most of the time).

The main differences between the period under Nigel and Steve has been the quality of the coaching and the pace of many of our attacking moves - when we ar

I'm also dyslexic, I only found out in November. Which means I rely very heavily on spell checker, so my posts from a mobile phone are usually much shorter because it is so much harder for me to get the words right. The bloody predictive text function can also be a right pain on sites like this. So I
