By no means do I consider it - or anything in football - a foregone conclusion but sometimes it's worth putting a positive slant on the situation rather than fearing the worst.

Agree with Leeds. Our lads were great last night but the season old problem of not putting them away counted against us again.

We had enough chances to bury them and McCormack's handball should have been spotted by the officials but wasn't.

There is enough fight, spirit and performance in this team to get the job done. I had written us off against Norwich but I haven't now.

    We can still do this

Really believe Cardiff v Millwall on Saturday could be the decisive game, if Millwall lose that I honestly don't think they'll get another point out of their remaining games Blackburn & Wolves away and Derby at home . It's still ours to throw away even with a possible point deduction .

Dale - I agree that Cardiff v Millwall may well be decisive.

It's all about momentum. Gaining a point at this stage of the season is difficult enough. Our points advantage (be it 5 or 2) plus goal difference will weigh heavily on Millwall if they lose at Cardiff. If they win the momentum will well and truly be with them until Tuesday at Blackburn, a very good side. If they win one of these 2 away games that may leave them one point ahead of us, with us having a game in hand.

There's been a lot of loose and ridiculously premature talk (some of it by media and pundits) about teams being safe. Millwall may end the season in a glorious winning run. So might we. It is gripping stuff.

We have reasons to be positive. Derbyshire is scoring goals and in superb form. At Fulham we played brave positive attacking football at a time when, at 1-1, we could have lost it on the counter attack.(Fulham missed a glorious chance at the far post at 1-1)The fact that we had the guts to get forwards and t
