Could be wrong but I think that's the point some tims are trying to make - if they were to get a fraction of how much PSG paid for Luiz then I think they'd be happy. Can't see it being as much as what they got for Wanyama to be honest but all it takes is a couple of clubs with deep pockets wanting him

Seems to be general agreement that around a 20million pounds tag is about right. The market in England is pretty crazy right now so who can say but I think he'd definitely be worth this. :/
