    Blatter, the mans a disgrace. He says he resigned but will stay in the position as President until the next election can be held which could be between Dec 15 and March 16. So thats why he insisted on the election being held last Friday. He obviously wants to vet and chose his succesor. No doubt someone of his elk. By next March it will also more difficult to take away the world cups from Russia and Quatar. How can he resign and still stay on. What a farce.
