So RamBam what exactly does Chriistie do with the ball when he gets wide?
**** all that's what...
Gets forward but then is way too slow with the delivery.. Tries to beat a man three times and then goes back..
Should be nowhere near our starting line up until he learns his trade more...

If you seriously think Baird is a better option then you need your head checking Angry.
Admittedly Christie will never be the best player in our squad on the ball, but at least he tries to get forward unlike Baird. We our crying out for for width and anyone that can't see that is blind. Our wingers are so often left with no options when then get the ball and are forced to concede possession. It's been one of the main reasons for our slow start and it's unbelievable that Clement hasn't noticed it. Martin O'Neil clearly sees something in him, why doesn't Clement? And I know who's opinion I'd rather take on a player all day long. Christie has the potential to be a good player for Derby, even though a lot of Derby fans have already cast their judgement on him already.
I never said Baird.... I never questioned we needed better width...
I never said Chistie did not have potential...
Sounds like you have already passed your judgement on Clement.. The very thing you critise other Fans for... Hmmm.
From what I have seen of him San*********anmo looks a much better attacking full back.

The way I see it is...Baird is a much better defender and decision maker while Christie is better going forward but all too often lacks an end product. So who is the better choice? Depends which system we're trying to play, but I agree with RamBam, Christie shouldn't be written off, though as Angry says, he's still to 'learn his trade'.
Ouch...this fence is painful!
I haven't cast judgement on Clement, I was just saying Martin O'Neil probably has a better judgement which is not an insult considering the amount of experience he has. And Clement has thus far failed to notice a fairly obvious problem which is our width. I wouldn't mind SSe*********ambo given a go either, but I think Christie is a bit more deserving than him.
Baird has been poor since the Birmingham game and with him sticking two fingers up at his own fans some cool down away from the starting 11 should do him some justice.
