Come on lads and lasses. Just a week to go and we are still in third place out of three.
Lets make sure that we get off the bottom of this league at least!!!

Agreed. Well worth a look upstairs if you are in town. Well worth a visit to High Street leading up to Christmas, it's full of shops selling stuff that you get for Christmas but don't particularly need.

Just a few days left and we are still lagging behind the mighty Altrincham and Tamworth.

[quote="millavanilla" ..and the now deceased all saints television...then we have the new m1 motorway running straight to town where people risk there lives to cross it , with its new accident bent railings and warped posts..and yet the walker graveyard still stands naglected and overgrown..in any other town this would be a focal point as part of its history...never mind..theyre thinking another one up right now..with our money..[/quote]

Yes indeed, he's done a great job.

Was in the town centre on Wednesday, it's definitely getting better, I like the new heart sculpture outside the minster.

The mobs of great unwashed (of all colours) let the place down though.

As for this competition I notice that M&S are on the judging panel, how hypocritical is this considering their retreat to Meadowhall was a major factor in the town centre's decline?
