    No Bladds,I have seen Ertl play....and he is/was imperial.
    Harry Potter....even the titles suggest a childlike quality...its like a 4 year old talking ......ffs Bladds...did you enjoy them then ?

    Now the Hobbit....classic or what.

    Yep,
    bought and read all the Potter books and DVD's. Thought they were excellent and not juvenile at all. Still amazed you are dissing them when you have not read or watched the story.
    Agree that the Tolkien books are also very good as were the films.
    I think that the Potters and the Baggins are not too far apart as works of fiction. Tolkien clearly regarded as the more 'classic' of the two but suspect Rowling is by far the richer.

    Don't need to read them when they are HP and the goblet of fire ffs.HP and the etc etc....Enid Blyton and the famous five by another.

    I really meant I suspect Potter has made more than Baggins in Book, TV and DVD, and Film sales.
