Very well thanks Jimmy I got round in 30.45 which was a bit slower than I'd hoped but it was bleeding cold and little chance of warming up properly with so many folk around.

I don't know how to do links on my tablet but there's a good article on the Liverpool Echo website about the event

Had a look at the Liverpool Echo was a very good read saw some pics of the race and the min applause was a nice touch before the race started.
