Thread: Why is religion the cause?

re: Why is religion the cause?

I was forced to go to church as a child but went voluntary as an adult, after going there for nearly 50 odd years its hard to not to believe in God,you have been brain washed to such an extent that you feel guilty about not going to church so you end up going back,in the church that I would go to there was some right villians and thugs who prayed every Sunday, how can they do this,it doesn't make sense to me,you can believe in God and then the next day break someone's arm because they owe you for something,if you believe in God then you believe in heaven and hell and it must occur to them which way they are going dispite how much money you put in the collection tray.
There is one thing I find hugely amusing though is when I read in the papers about some priest or vicar who has been caught robbing from the tray to pay for high class prozzies and gambling,i always laugh at it and would rather sit with them to chat about what made them do it to a meeting with the Pope tbh.
