The only way the SNP will win the next referendum is if they are upfront with the Scottish people and clearly set out warts and all how independence will work and affect them. It was the lack of clarity on currency, EU membership, LOLR and taxation realities that put people off.

Coming out with stuff like that is what makes me confident that the people of Scotland will send Stewarty and his chums packing once again.


I contribute to the economy both as a tax payer and a consumer. I also own a property in Scotland. Hence I get a vote....and it's people like myself who can be levelheaded about the process and not get sucked in by all the poor wee Scotland bollox that the SNP would have you believe.

27% of the population in the shire are incomers, very wealthy incomers, They were/are very happy with the status quo they've sold up come up here and bought themselves an excellent quality of life, Which is absolutely fine but it does go a long way to explaining the result in Aberdeenshire, Where as poverty stricken Glasgow (your home City I believe ) and Dundee..... Voted Yes,
