The assets will go to whoever the judge decides as the rightful owners you ignorant imbecile, that may be SDM or the original shareholders e.g. the Rangers support. rangers were not unlawfully removed from the spl, they ceased trading, and a newco formed from some of the assets of the defunct club.

if rangers were fraudulently bought by whyte then the club may have to be given back to its rightfull owner , i assume david murray and shareholders, if this was to happen, the original rangers would also have ceased trading in 2012 and the current club operating at ibrox would be a fraud and have no right to a sfa or uefa licence so should in effect be stripped of all its assets for them to be given back to rightfull owner, any new rangers starting up after that would need to start at the bottom, pay all outstanding debts to all creditors including HMRC and then be stripped of all results from the EBT years, and all teams who suffered as a result of this cheating should be compensated, rangers should also be punished by uefa and the sfa for gross misconduct, breaking

The assets will have to be returned to Rangers 1872 and then sold to meet the debts of Rangers 1872, which are around £50m, if I'm not mistaken. Very much doubt the current owners of Sevco can afford these sums. Bye bye Sevco.
