The whole thing is beyond belief. An article on news now has a statement by ED stating that sports shield are in the process of raising funds for next season.

That being the case, how the hell they got the 14 day extension today is beyond belief in itself. I feel they clearly haven't even got the £7.5 million or it would have been done and dusted before Monday arrived; this addition just shows what sheer bloody ineptitude we are faced with!

It's all a bloody nightmare, The so called "Supporters Trust" are no better, No money either, and laced through with hangers on of the current and former regimes!

Surely there is ann inetrested group out there that A, Have funding, and B. Are actually interested in the club's welfare!

Personally I still think ED wants us to be wound up and will stall and stall until it happens and he can cash in! Then throw up his hands and say "It's not my fault"

The latest statement tha the football league will keep an eye on financial matters at Bwfc until 2018
shows just how bad things are,and shows concern that ss don't have the finance needed. Will we still have a club to support. Thanks ED and the board you've done a first class job of bringing our club to its knees, and embarrassing the supporters and the town.

I don't think you need to worry about embarrassing the club or the town. I'm pretty sure most fans of other clubs are like me in that I have nothing but sympathy for the state you currently find yourselves. That sorry state is no reflection on the club, the players and management or the fans - for that, you have to look at past ownership and management.

I genuinely hope you can survive this but I'm not sure Sports Shield are the answer. Administration and points deduction this season wouldn't (given your current league position) be a complete disaster but Administration next season (and 12 points deduction) could be. Even worse would be if the High Court accedes to HMRC request for a Winding Up Order.

    Good luck!

Thanks for your good luck wishes. Agree that administration would be better this season than next. The whole takeover process stinks of more mismanagement, from our owner and board. I really do fear for the future of our club as we can,t be confident the deal will go through before the next court hearing.
