It is true that my expectations this season may have been pitched too high, based upon the last couple, but what I found to be most disappointing was the lack of passion and commitment from the team at times. This can be especially labelled towards the midfield, true things did pick up slightly when Hutton started to play more regularly, but much of the issue lies in this area of the park and will need addressing before the start of next season. As for Fowler the jury is still out in my opinion unless there is an obvious candidate out there, available and wants the job!

No doubt Queens are entering the last chance saloon this coming week and MUST take 6 points at Cappielow
and at Palmy v the Sons of the Rock or the season is over (if not already). This campaign has been cursed with,
in the main, very poor performances and then we had the ridiculous 9 weeks without a Saturday game at Palmerston.
All in all a season to forget 32 games only 12 wins - 27 league games and only 25 goals scored so no wonder the
die - hard fans like JRsLeftPeg have more or less given up and are already looking forward to starting all over again
in July.

Losing a goal right after we've scored is purely down to concentration, or lack of. I still think we'll be in with a chance of fourth if we can beat Morton and Dumbarton. Raith had a poor result yesterday. Keep the faith. I remember the bad old days. We just beat Hibs last week.
