No surprising Dundee is the worst out of all Scottish cities, domestic abuse is invariably alcohol related and if you've ever been to Dundee you'll understand why they are all jakey basturts.

In a more serious note, having been witness to serious domestic abuse I would just like to point out that anyone trying to point score on this issue is a complete and utter @rsehole.

Think I've upset oor Wullie! X-D

Dundee has the worst record on domestic abuse simply because it is a complete shytehole, the only good thing about it is the road out.

And I'm in WA thanks for asking.

Good article reve, one of the many reasons I hate Police Scotland is their use of domestic violence to points score over football fans - as perfectly illustrated in this excellent article. You would thing they would learn from their fellow pond life in Sheffield in this of all weeks. Reinforcing negative stereotypes about football fans through their patsy media, or any other section of society has consequences. Consequences for which they are responsible. They're a shower of s(um and I for on don't support them.

Precisely brother, given that football is the most popular sport by far and alcohol abuse is Scotland's biggest social problem its inevitable that there will be spikes when big games are on, people all over the country drink alcohol before, during and after these games, just the very same when its Christmas, new year or even during the sum
