No surprising Dundee is the worst out of all Scottish cities, domestic abuse is invariably alcohol related and if you've ever been to Dundee you'll understand why they are all jakey basturts.
In a more serious note, having been witness to serious domestic abuse I would just like to point out that anyone trying to point score on this issue is a complete and utter @rsehole.

Dundee has the worst record on domestic abuse simply because it is a complete shytehole, the only good thing about it is the road out.
