What I saw was that Portsmouth were looking for around £80,000 for him, after they released players, we will have to wait & see.

Just checked Tubbs has been placed on the transfer list, with Bristol Rovers being a interested club

I'm wrong you're right Eric.
Was going on wrong info given by a pal in Portsmouth. He is up for sale although they may not get the £80,000 they're asking .
