Fingers crossed then! OK choice for me!

I don't want Pearson whatsoever. Hopefully someone is interviewed and blows their socks off.

    P.S. I think I love you SDSR

"Poor" is exactly the right word - unimaginative and uninspiring list of candidates for interview mentioned so far. Really can't see where we're going at the moment. Still have this horrible suspicion the owner is out of his depth. Just hope I'm wrong.

I really hope we don't give Pearson the job, as fans I think we've been embarrassed enough already without the press trying to bait Pearson into biting week after week. And I pray someone can correct me, but I doubt wether Pearson can produce football "the Derby way" , which would make MM statement when he sacked PC seem a little hypocritical.

It would be very strange if Mel were to appoint Pearson who obviously is his own man and unlikely to let Mel anywhere near team matters. Something not quite right here although I am not doubting the knowledge source of SDSR. I think there are a few twists & turns and I hope that there is a quality lined up. For me the standard of suggested candidates is underwhelming to say the least.

Clarke from Bristol Rovers would be my choice.

I hope your right vdlh, I'm genuinely concerned that we might appoint Pearson. I clutching to the hope that if we were going to appoint him, we'd have done so 4 months ago. I want to see us make headlines for the right reasons now, not because Pearson's having a pop and a ramble at journo's or grabbing someone by the throat on the touch line. Makes me wonder what may go in training where we don't get to know about things.
