It seems we've put in serious offers for Bradshaw and Gregory but they're both a gamble and can we afford to gamble with the minimum £1m-£2m it will take. Look at Agard, scored for fun in League 1 but the Championship is a totally different proposition. To many clubs that kind of money is a pittance but to us a substantial part of the budget. Then, if we get past the first hurdle, there's the question of wages and as there'll be strong competition for both of them this may well be where we stumble and fall. But, at least we're showing some ambition and if they do make it in the Championship there could be a substantial return on the investment, just sorry all this is now in the open.

Bradshaw more than Gregory would be a good chance of a return on our investment. Get in ASAP min £500,000 with add-ons.

The thing is I think he only has a year left on his contract.

So In 6-8 months time he will be able to go on a free transfer (sign a pre contract)so I doubt any team will pay anywhere near the price wallsall want.

They can either keep him and hope he scored them to promotion and try and pursuade him to stay if they go up.

My guess is halfway through the season if wallsall ain't near promotion they will sell him at a much reduced rate

I agree Bradshaw is better than Gregory. Wasn't long ago Gregory was hated even by his own fans at Millwall. Might just be another one season wonder like Tom Pope was at Port Vale.
