It's basically a fibre shake instead of a protein one, TBH I don't know how anyone could take two of these a day, they'd never get off the toilet, I can see how they'd lose weight though

    Sorry about that great fire.

I take tramadol for my neuralgia which gives me the opposite problem but with these shakes I am spot on!!

Actually I've been ok today, must take a few days for your guts to get used to it.

Honestly you people trying these freaky concoctions I'm sorry Kempo but this sounds like it does more damage to the body that it does good I have my own way to loose weight

In 1 month I lost 1 stone I just avoided red meat , dairy products , potatoes , corn, and any forms of fat and spent a hour on treadmill every day

Also I like to mention drinking alcohol adds weight

Took me awhile to make my own menu with the restrictions I had first thing I tried was lettuce sandwich it tasted like grass lol

Sensible advice Chris but I would recommend avoiding bread also and not worry about fat at all.

Avoiding fat is not helpful re weight loss...it's restriction of carbohydrates that does the job.

Exercise is a very inefficient way to lose weight but it does improve health, well being and helps with motivation.

Well done with your weight loss and your advice is fairly sensible.

I would not advocate those shakes long term but just to give weight loss a boost eg after an indulgent holiday or when weight loss has plateaued and a boost is needed.
