We'll have to disagree on the "decent team" bit. This is the fifth best league in Europe and our squad is hopelessly inadequate for its demands. In fact this squad would not feature in the top ten for promotion from L1 in my view. Played off the park by a weakened Irons side said it all.

Fair point pal..... Suppose I'm just uppity about the whole situation..,, I've 'never' known us approach a season like this and that includes the dark times pre Don Valley...

But you see that is NOT an argument. It's a statement. It's also an unsupported statement and one I find highly unlikely. There are several Millers fans I know who have a very deep knowledge of the game whereas I have never heard TS say anything meaningful about football whatsoever.

About football?

He knows how to run a football club because he is doing it. I believe that like everyone else he wants to be entertained but would he tactically know how to stop another team from beating us or us beating them I doubt it. He has as much knowledge as some of the posters on here.

Monty the nucleus of the team kept us in this league last season and if I might add with some very good peformances,whats changed,well we have added some decent signings,I will agree that we are a bit threadbare at the moment and Stubbs knows that too,he keeps saying so,as for losing at Scunny surely you dont take that seriously do you.

Agree with this. More players will come and no way will we be going down this season. There then!!
