Did anyone see the filming of his Fathers front glass door all smashed in? Wonder who did that it wasn't the police...

Who knows what state of mind he was in?

It will out in the end and all the talk of guns and machetes in posts helps no one...,

No information given by the eye witness or in any statement from the poice so far. Sounds absolutely horrendous.
Don't know what happened but my question is if he wasn't armed in anyway was there a need to use a taser? 2 police with batons wasn't enough?

I think that's exactly the point, the police have batons and pepper spray to use before they should even think of tasering, but they won't, because that means actually doing their job properly. If the police have to use a taser, if the person had a weapon etc, then why several times, and why the boot? because they're bullies and thugs.

Agree millmoormagic but the full circumstances are not known yet except for a couple or so witnesses. Think you might find the Police have to fill in reports about using taser guns, pepper spray and batons. They probably don't have to report using the boot though. I think we have moved on a long way since Hillsbrough and Orgreave etc. The murder of Steven Lawrence is still being investigated and bringing up more suspects but I don't need to tell you that. This is another sad case of a former (celeb) going off the rails or having a mental problem that should have been addressed some time ago. Lets face it, this sort of incident will sadly occur again and again. Whats the answer? Clubs having a psychologist to interview every retiree. Don't think so. Its all down to our make up and how we cope with every day life such as retirement etc.

Let’s hope others learn a lesson and think before tasering people when there’s no need
Maybe these two were too eager

Or maybe they thought they were threatened by an aggressive individual?

Footballers current or ex aren’t a special case

Maybe some believe that but they’ve been charged so clearly they were in the wrong

Oh dear, our over stretched police will be even more afraid to set the laws if this is the way forward. Let them police without having fear of prosecution. No wonder this country is in the gutter. If it ain’t corbyn wanting to prosecute our military it’s independent panels wanting to prosecute our police.
