    gm_gm, no I don`t know everyone`s birthday.....only the one`s I care about.

CAM, I didn`t forget your Birthday....you distinctly told me you wasn't celebrating any more after 55yrs of age.
BTW CAM.....Pete Carr is not 56 till the 16th of November...he told me Saturday.....still time to send a card.

Jerry Yates has a chance to impress JK, lets hope he takes that chance and makes a push for the 1st team.

The only guy who knows more birthdays is Captain Jack from the Clipper Club int Advertiser.

    Thanks for the info.

I think we desperately need one of our own coming through the ranks..

Listening to Barnsley fans sing 'He's one of our own' shows a connection between the fans and players on the pitch.

🐸 my friend...., can we really sing 'He's one of our own' when he was actually born in Doncaster?

Valid point but he'll have come through our system.

If his dad could drive he wouldn't be with us

wasn't it 4/5 goals pre season and 2 vs morcambe? not many teams in our predicament can keep such a young tallent under wrap's
Thats just the advice the lad needed cayton and we will now see his career take off.

My own advice to him would be don't worry about football too much but concentrate on the important things in life such as spelling.

When my own career stalled I took up the guitar and fiddle. Never looked back.

Good potential but he needs game time. Not ready for Championship ........... yet, so we should loan him out to a good League 1 club which is challenging for a top 8 place.

Have you ever thought Pete, top 8 league 1 sides might not rate him!! thats probably why he goes on loan to non-league outfits.

Sure Archie and that doesn't help his game. Top 8 or top half L1 team even, pushing for a play off place might just bring his game on. IMO there are plenty of ordinary L1 teams sitting in that position who might do well taking a chance on him.
