Sir Alexa part time basis would do a better job than anything we have had in the past.

Not sure Saw, I don't really understand this as I'm sure Jackett has something up his sleeve...the puns are so easy with Jackett!

Seriously AS needed a head of recruitment, head of media, head of communication with fans, head of tactics....and almost certainly a head of player recruitment. I'm sure there aren't many players in the top three divisions who KJ doesn't know

Thanks. Get the sense that things have turned a corner now on we can start to look forward to games once more with some hope that, at the very least, defensively, we will be reasonably organised - and the form of Danny Ward of course

I am minded of the cruise ship that sank when all the passengers rushed to one side to gawp at a whale. A new saviour rides in and MM goes completely OTT.

First job for Jamie Johnson - find an all action quality midfielder to complement Frecks. But having been chief scout at Millwall under Jackett (and obviously recruited by him) how long will he stay !!?

Anyone that`s remotely interested in football scouting there`s a book called.....The Nowhere Men available on Amazon.

It features Jamie Johnson and his dad Mel. It gives an insight into scouting as it should be done. It`s not enthralling but a decent read nonetheless.

Here`s to success to Jamie Johnson.

I notice Andy Scott is a recruitment advisor for Brentford FC - wonder if he will/has applied?
