There are connections in the training staff. All have played with him. All are mates with him. But I didn't say manager Topsy. Infact whilst we're restructuring the club do we need to apoint a manager?

We just need someone to do the interviews.

I know it's way out of the box but Warnock only turned up and took the credit for what his staff did through the week.

Need a strong manager now - key older players scrambling to stay at Rotherham because they are too settled. I do feel for them but there can be no sentiment in football. I think we have powerful cliques within the team and that has been disastrous.

There is sentiment in football, I like many millers fans have supported the team for well over 50 years, does that mean we have come to be settled.

Slade not a winner no. I was 1st to say Jackett. If we can't get Nigel Clough, let's see what happens with Mick Mcarthy. There fans want him out.

Macca was born in barnsley and played over 200 games for his own town club , he wouldn't manage us for love or money mate , likes a bigger club and a nice cheque book does Macca , aint going to happen .

Sentiment in support YES - that's the main reason to support a team - we'very been exceptionally lucky to have nothing but positives from our team ( up to now )

.....the EVO way - where players play or GO! ! !

Strong - tough management has been missing for too long ( in my opinion ) given the players too many -
( back to back ) honeymoon periods with a series of new managers are assessing the squad without being able to root out the bad apples.

Redfearn - Warnock - Stubbs - Jacket all had honeymoon periods and the players haven't been aggressively taken to task !

Players are like kids - if they can get away with giving 80% they will !

Now we need a boot camp manager to get some discipline back !

Steven Pressley current bookies favorite at 1/3 on, would be a disappointing appointment tbh that.
